SUMMARY

It is relatively unknown that some of the best cross-country running routes sit on the Cornish coast. With the help of seasoned trail runners & local enthusiasts, we’ve hand-picked some of the best routes along the South West’s rugged coastline.

This trip is perfect for those who want to break free from their regular running routine and take on a new challenge with fellow explorers & passionate runners. Each day the bus will drop you off at a new route, and you will be running between 6 - 14 miles per day. Every unique trail will take you along raw, unspoilt coastal paths and countryside. There is no rush just plenty of time to take it all in.

With such a stunning, unique running tour on offer, we believe this trip should be experienced by any level runner. Therefore on longer route days, guests have the choice of running either half or the complete distance, depending on how they feel! This is not a challenge trip, but an active holiday.

Outside of running you will have the opportunity to allow your body to restore and explore real Cornish culture through the eyes and passion of your local host and businesses.
